All U.S. orders placed on PapiLife.com will receive FREE UPS GROUND SERVICE SHIPPING. This does not apply to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii or International shipments.
PROCESSING TIME
We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekdays after 12pm ET, on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Orders are processed pending availability and credit verification. Please allow up to 3 business days to prepare your order for shipment.
UPS GROUND SERVICE
We offer Ground Service shipping for all U.S. orders All Ground Service shipments will take approximately 2-7 business days order processing in completed. Tracking information is provided via email to the customer at the time the order has shipped.
You may receive your order sooner or later than the estimated delivery time depending on order processing factors or shipping transit timelines.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Shipments lost or misdirected in transit to the destination will be reshipped to the customer once it has been determined the original shipment cannot be delivered within a reasonable time frame. We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments when incorrect addresses are provided by the customer. Any packages returned to us as undeliverable will be re-shipped at customer expense. We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered. We will supply order and tracking information for customers to provide to UPS to file a claim. We will work with customers to replace packages after sending us a copy of their filed police report.
